North Grey K9 offers a range of services including dog training, board & train, rehabilitation, boarding, and grooming. We are committed to providing comprehensive care for dogs of all breeds and temperaments.

All dogs are welcome here – including those with aggression, reactivity, special needs, and seniors! We may only deny boarding for a dog with medical issues that are severe and require veterinary monitoring.

We offer various training programs tailored to suit the needs of different dogs. Our programs include basic obedience training, advanced training, behavior modification, and rehabilitation. We specialize in reactivity and aggression.

The duration of the training program depends on the specific needs and goals of your dog. Our trainers will assess your dog’s behavior and provide you with an estimated timeline during the initial consultation.

Absolutely! We offer safe and comfortable boarding facilities for your dog(s). Our boarding services ensure that your dog receives proper care, exercise, and socialization while you are away. Please contact us if your dog is a senior or has special needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Our grooming services include bathing, blow out, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat trimming. We also offer specialized grooming services such as breed-specific cuts and styling, as well as grooming for anxious, senior, special needs, and behavioral or spirited dogs (including aggression).
 
We prioritize the well-being of your pets. We use high-quality, dog-friendly grooming products that are safe for their skin and coat. Please inform our groomers of any skin conditions or allergies prior to your appointment so we can accommodate them.

Yes, North Grey K9 is fully licensed and insured. We comply with all local regulations and maintain appropriate insurance coverage to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets.

We prioritize the safety of all dogs in our care. Our boarding facilities are secure and equipped with proper fencing, gates, closures, and surveillance systems. Additionally, our trained staff closely monitors the dogs and ensures they use appropriate equipment when handling any dogs ( ie. leash, collar/harness, muzzle etc.) We also ensure dogs with behavioural concerns are not put into a position to harm people or dogs by following safe handling practices and safety guidelines.

Yes, we encourage you to visit our facility before making any decisions. We offer facility tours to give you a firsthand experience of our premises, meet our team, and address any concerns or questions you may have.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service. Please contact our customer service team for detailed information regarding cancellation policies for training, boarding, and grooming services.

We require all dogs to be UTD on Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, and Rabies vaccines prior to boarding, training, and grooming. We highly recommend having your dogs on a parasite prevention medication (or natural remedy, whatever your preference is!). We also accept titer testing.

Please bring your leash, collar, and food, or we can provide the food for you. Harnesses are optional. We provide all beds/cots, blankets, toys, dishes, and treats!
